Caerphilly County Borough Council (the “Authority”) is seeking to establish a Contract for the Provision of Window Cleaning and Associated Cleans for Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Corporate Properties (the “Contract”). The requirement includes the cleaning of all external glazing, internal communal windows, canopies, and guttering, supporting the overall upkeep of the Council’s estate and helping to prevent deterioration of building fabric.
