Award Criteria

The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous tender, being the highest scoring compliant tender following evaluation. Tender submissions will be assessed on the basis of Quality, Commercial, and Social Value/Equality criteria. The overall weighting is Quality 45%, Commercial 40%, and Social Value/Equality 15%. Tenderers must also satisfy the stated conditions of participation and achieve the minimum quality threshold set out in the procurement documents. In the event of a tied score, the tenderer with the highest quality score will be ranked highest.

Description

Provision of fire door, window and fire containment repair, maintenance, replacement and minor associated works across Wolverhampton City Council's public buildings, including schools, corporate buildings, community sites and other non-housing assets. The works include FRA remedial works, fire doorset replacement, fire stopping/compartmentation works, certification, reporting and associated asset updates.
