Peabody is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Interior Design Framework to support its development programme and sales activities across London and the Home Counties. This Lot covers the provision of show home design and installation services for residential developments. Services may include concept design, space planning, furniture and accessory specification, procurement, styling, installation, project management, plot moves and make-good works. The appointed suppliers will support Peabody in creating high-quality, market-facing show homes that enhance the customer experience and support sales and marketing objectives.
This Lot covers the provision of furniture packs and view unit services for Peabody's residential developments. Services may include the design, specification, sourcing, procurement, delivery, installation, dressing, maintenance and removal of furniture, furnishings and accessories. The appointed suppliers will support the creation of attractive and market-ready properties that enhance customer experience and support sales, marketing and occupancy objectives.
This Lot covers the provision of interior design services for residential amenity spaces across Peabody developments. Services may include concept design, space planning, furniture and finishes specification, procurement support, styling, installation and project management for communal and shared spaces such as lounges, co-working areas, reception areas, fitness facilities, community spaces and other resident amenity areas. The appointed suppliers will support the creation of attractive, functional and customer-focused environments that enhance the resident experience and contribute to Peabody's placemaking objectives.
