| Award Criteria: | Tender assessment shall be based on the following assessment: Experience of similar promotion - 30% Experience of reaching relevant audiences - 20% Experience of lead generation support activities - 15% Experience of creating activities that position a location (or a product) as desirable or investable - 10% Experience of generating opportunities - 5% Social value - 10% Price - 10% The top three scoring tenders will be invited to interview. The interview panel shall comprise four individuals from Enterprise Oxfordshire, and respondents will be required to prepare a short presentation describing their proposal, following which the Panel will ask all interviewees the same questions.
