The aim of this procurement is to implement a framework which covers the Council's requirements for the hiring of Highways and Construction Plant Equipment, and Welfare Units The Contract is divided into 8 Lots. Suppliers may choose to submit bids for individual items within any Lot. It is not a requirement to provide pricing for every item within the Lots for which a Supplier is bidding. Detailed below are the categories of plant/equipment included within each Lot. All equipment must comply fully with all British and European regulations and standards at the time of hire.
Operated 180 Excavator (JCB) + Full range of buckets. Details of works to be carried out will be provided at call off.
Provision of operated plant. Works descriptions will be provided on call off.
Hire of Non operated Plant throughout Gateshead
Hire of Operated Tipper trucks throughout Gateshead
Hire of Small Tools, generators, lights etc
Hire of Access Equipment
Hire of Fuel Tanks
