Buckinghamshire Council has a statutory obligation under the Housing Act 1996 (as amended, Part VII) to provide temporary accommodation to eligible households. The Council is seeking to procure a dedicated security site monitoring and response service, delivered by trained officers across key temporary accommodation sites. The security service at various Temporary Accommodation sites will: • Enhance safety and security for vulnerable individuals and families • Provide a trauma-informed, proactive presence to support residents and staff • Reduce reliance on emergency services • Protect council-owned and leased properties from vandalism, unauthorised access, and criminal activity • Strengthen community relations and reduce reputational risk A security presence outside of standard business hours will be particularly valuable in preventing incidents and ensuring rapid response when needed. This is a further competition through the ESPO 347_22 Lot 4A Site Security (Southeast of England) Framework. *Unfortunately if you are not on this framework, we cannot accept your bid or expression of interest.
