We are seeking market feedback on a draft specification for the provision of Domestic Abuse Services. We would welcome your review of the attached specification and invite you to provide feedback by exception only. Please highlight: • Any elements of the specification that may be challenging to deliver • Any aspects that may present difficulties within the proposed financial envelope Please submit any comments by Friday 12th June 2026 via email to: ASCH.publichealth.commissioning@derbyshire.gov.uk. Tender Information Session We will be holding an Information Session on 16 June at 11:0am, providing an opportunity to discuss the procurement approach at a high level. If you wish to attend, please provide the email address(es) of attendees so that a Microsoft Teams invitation can be issued, to ASCH.publichealth.commissioning@derbyshire.gov.uk. Clarification Queries Please note that clarification questions will not be accepted at this stage. There will be a full opportunity to submit clarification questions once the tender is formally launched, and this will be managed through the appropriate procurement process. The specification is a draft and subject to change. The Authority intends to publish the tender early July 2026.
