Brief Description of Requirement Anchored In are the only organisation capable of delivering this particular evaluation exercise with the appropriate value to the UK. The nature of the evaluation requires a provider with a holistic overview of the whole development process, combined with an established network across the UK quantum stakeholders, and technical understanding.
