HMRC are seeking to procure professional services to strengthen and expand its FinOps (Cloud Financial Operations capability, in response to increasing cloud adoption and the growing complexity of financial management. The existing FinOps team has established strong foundational practices but is now operating at full capacity and faces a significant backlog of strategic initiatives.
