Awarded to (3 suppliers)
| Award value: | £700,000,000 |
| Award decision date: | 21 April 2026 |
| Award status: | Pending |
This UK6 contract award notice is published in connection with the previous UK6 contract award notice published 12 May 2026 (Notice identifier: 2026/S 000-043377; Procurement identifier (OCID): ocds-h6vhtk-051590). This notice is issued to update the standstill period which TfL has voluntarily extended, and the earliest date for entry into the framework agreements for the Infrastructure Improvement Framework. As a result of the extension to the standstill period, the estimated contract start and end dates have been updated. The award decision, successful suppliers, framework scope and all other substantive information relating to the award remain unchanged from the previously published UK6 contract award notice. The Infrastructure Improvement Framework is for the delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure and construction projects including early contractor involvement, design and construction and build works. TfL is appointing three contractors to the framework and the framework contractors will be engaged through call-off contracts for project delivery. Projects will be allocated to framework contractors on a direct allocation basis, such allocation being monitored and re-visited throughout. Framework contractors will be allocated a workbank of projects in line with the equitable allocation principles of the framework and TfL may subsequently award call-off contracts. TfL has also reserved the right to award call-off contracts following a mini-competition procedure. The revised standstill period will now conclude on Friday 5 June 2026 and TfL will not enter into any framework agreements before Monday 8 June 2026. Except as expressly set out in this notice, the details contained in the original UK6 contract award notice remain unchanged. For the avoidance of doubt, the reference in this linked notice to Contract 2 relates to the same framework contract described in Contract 1 in the original UK6 contract award notice; the numbering in this linked notice is system-generated only.
