Award Criteria

The Authority will select the most advantageous tender (using a price: quality ratio of 70% quality and 30% price considering the following principal factors: (a) compliance with tender documentation (b) tender rates and prices (c) tender submission on the approach to delivering the service references (d) references (e) achievement of minimum score of 70% quality rating.

Description

The Authority wishes to award a contract for a catering franchise located within the Dales Countryside Museum building, adjacent to the National Park Visitor Centre. The Museum is open 7 days a week throughout the year but is closed for part of January. The café would be required to be open when the Museum is open and the franchise will be able to offer approximately 30 covers within the building, together with the opportunity to serve food outside on picnic tables. There is an upper limit of 50 covers. The service and offer must meet the Kids in Museums Family Café Standard. The catering franchise may be opened independently of the Museum.
