Overflow of Lots 1 and 2 and reactive. Thames Water may required utilisation of labour to drive Thames Water vehicles. •Planned Work: Mini competition, additional 8 suppliers together with the suppliers in Lots 1 and 2 •Reactive Work: Direct award to the additional 8 suppliers
