On premise managed software. Supports the creation of all core physical (sites, buildings, zones, floors and rooms) and organisational structures within the database. Provides the ability to link electronic documents to all licensed modules and access to the report builder and report models. Allows for global searching and management of core reference data. Includes the storage of CAD drawings, reporting mechanism customisable to end users, calendar and reminders, and record the acquisition of land, assets and buildings. It should also provide the ability to create and record financial assets. Additional information: Direct Award via a compliant Framework agreement. CCS Framework Contract with the reference number RM6259 for the provision of Vertical Application Solutions. Lot 2.
