The Recruitment Reward and Retention Solutions framework provides a comprehensive approach to recruitment management through three distinct lots. Lot 1 – Recruitment Solutions focuses on strengthening recruitment capability and reducing time to hire through the following sub‑lots: Lot 1a – Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Provides digital recruitment systems to support the end‑to‑end management of recruitment activity, including vacancy requisition, candidate management, shortlisting, interview coordination and appointment. Solutions are intended to improve transparency, reporting and governance of recruitment processes. Lot 1b – Onboarding Solutions Covers onboarding and pre‑employment solutions designed to streamline and standardise induction processes for new starters. This includes digital workflows that support improved candidate experience, faster mobilisation and reduced administrative burden for NHS organisations. Lot 1c – Employee Screening Encompasses compliant employee screening and vetting services to support safer recruitment. Solutions align with NHS Employment Check Standards and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, providing assurance around workforce compliance and risk management. The framework enables NHS organisations to procure individual solutions or a combination of sub‑lots, supporting flexibility of implementation while maintaining robust governance, compliance and value for money.
