The Recruitment Reward and Retention Solutions framework provides a comprehensive approach to reward solutions through five distinct lots: Lot 3a Learning and Development – Mandatory Training Clinical​ Lot 3b Learning and Development – Professional Development​ Lot 3c Learning and Development – Mandatory Training Non-Clinical​ Lot 3d Managed Service with LMS​ Lot 3e Training Assessment ​ The framework for Lots 3a–3e encapsulates a holistic approach to learning and development within an organisation, ensuring both compliance and professional growth. Lot 3a and 3c address mandatory training for clinical and non-clinical staff respectively, focusing on statutory and regulatory requirements. This ensures that employees are equipped with essential knowledge and skills to uphold safety, quality care, and operational standards. Lot 3b centres on professional development, offering structured opportunities for ongoing education, skill enhancement, and career progression. Programmes may include leadership training, technical skills workshops, and personal development modules. Lot 3d introduces a managed service with a Learning Management System (LMS), streamlining the delivery, tracking, and management of training activities. The LMS enables efficient scheduling, progress monitoring, and compliance reporting, whilst providing a user-friendly interface for learners. Lot 3e involves training assessment, evaluating the requirements of learning needs within an organisation.
