Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the Supply of Health Products and Medical Equipment. A comprehensive range of medical equipment and devices suitable for military medical facilities, field hospitals, and operational healthcare environments. This includes but is not limited to: diagnostic equipment (ECG machines, blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, thermometers), patient monitoring systems, wound care supplies, diagnostic imaging equipment, laboratory analysers, surgical instruments, and emergency medical equipment. All products must comply with relevant UK and international medical device regulations and standards. Supply of health and wellness products including personal protective equipment (PPE), first aid supplies, medical consumables, pharmaceutical products, nutritional supplements, and occupational health products. Products must meet military specifications and be suitable for deployment in diverse operational environments. The Unite Procurement Platform (Unite | Simplify indirect procurement with our smarter platform) offers a compliant route to market for UK Public Sector organisations to manage low-value, high-volume procurement. The platform provides a streamlined approach to supplier onboarding and order management, ensuring efficiency and compliance with public procurement regulations. How to Apply Interested suppliers should register their interest by contacting Unite Procurement UK Limited and provide details of their product range, regulatory certifications, compliance documentation, technical specifications, and support capabilities. Further information on the onboarding process for the Unite Procurement Platform will be provided upon expression of interest and can also be found at the link attached. Unite Procurement UK Limited does not intend to appoint a sole supplier for this requirement. Instead, multiple suppliers may be onboarded to the Unite Procurement Platform to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base, supporting flexibility and choice for the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations. Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration. However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline. Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
