Broadacres is seeking to award a contract(s) to deliver full pitched roof replacement and roof refurbishment/repair programme (“Contract”) across their full area of operation to one or more contractor. Also, support delivery of the responsive maintenance day-to-day repairs service covering all aspects of roof repair work. The Contract duration will be 3 years with an optional 2-year commencing from August 2026, value of expenditure will vary year on year but is envisaged to be in the region of £4,400,000 (Indicative) over a 5-year Contract period. The Contract is divided into three Lots Lot 1 – Roof Replacement - Replacement of pitched roof coverings in full (supply & installation of Solar PV maybe included over the contract duration). Lot 2 – Roof Refurbishment - Partial pitched roof and roofline refurbishment Works Lot 3 – Roof Reactive Repairs - Reactive day-to-day Refurbishment and Repairs Contractors may bid for any combination of Lots but may not be awarded both Lot 1 and Lot 2. Each lot will be evaluated separately. Where Contractors bid for both Lots 1 and 2, they must state their preferred lot in their response to the Participation Questionnaire. Therefore, the tender will result in two or three contract awards dependent upon the outcome of the tender evaluation. Further information is provided within the tender documents.
