Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking to establish a Framework of suitable Providers to deliver support services to people who are rough sleeping, homeless or at the risk of becoming homeless. The framework is divided into 3 Lots: Lot 1-Supported Accommodation - Support only Lot 2-Outreach & Co-Ordination Lot 3-Integrated Specialist Support The framework will be open to any local authority within the counties of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire and any successor local authority following local government reorganisation. The initial Framework is expected to commence in July 2026.
Provision to enable people experiencing Severe Multiple Disadvantage (SMD) to access existing supported housing settings, alongside flexible support to help them stabilise, recover, and progress (no funding for property costs). This is intended to purchase support only.
Assertive engagement with people rough sleeping or in unsafe/insecure accommodation, named workers who stay with individuals through transitions, and strategic coordination of services to work together around the person.
Provision of community-based support for people experiencing SMD in areas like housing support, mental health, physical health, employment, and financial inclusion.
