New Met for London Phase 2 (NMfL2) is the Metropolitan Police Service's strategic transformation programme to improve trust, reduce crime and raise standards across policing in London. Building on the first phase, it focuses on embedding organisational change while maintaining operational performance. The contract is split into 2 Lots, which provides flexible delivery support to enable the Met's Strategy & Transformation / Transformation Directorate to scope, assure and deliver NMfL2, and deploying capability as demand emerges. Lot 1 provides programme and project delivery, business change, portfolio management and operating model design support, including senior delivery leadership and specialist transformation expertise. Lot 2 provides specialist enabling function support across Finance, HR, Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT), Learning and Development and Commercial, supporting delivery and the sustainable embedding of transformation.
