This notice amends the original tender notice published 8 April 2026 (reference 032068-2026) in respect of the following: The contracting authority name has changed from The ACC Liverpool Group Ltd to Liverpool Experience Campus Ltd with effect from 13 April 2026. All other authority information remains unchanged. The contract duration has been amended from 24 months to a 3-year base term commencing 1 January 2028, with a 2-year extension option. The maximum potential contract duration is 5 years ending 31 December 2032. The estimated contract value has been amended to £11,852,500 excluding VAT, reflecting the maximum potential contract duration including the extension option. Liverpool Experience Campus Ltd is seeking to appoint an energy supplier to deliver electricity and gas to its campus at Kings Dock, Liverpool Waterfront under a MultiPurchase tranche-based procurement model, commencing 1 January 2028. The contract will be managed in line with the Authority's Net Zero 2030 commitment, its certified carbon neutral campus status, and its sustainability obligations as a member of isla and a signatory of the Net Zero Carbon Events pledge. The supplier will operate on a strictly advisory-only basis, with all fixing decisions remaining with the Authority. The procurement is conducted under the Competitive Flexible Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
