Brent Council is seeking an appropriately qualified contractor to provide a Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme. The Service includes: • A 26-week perpetrator behaviour change programme • Pre-programme and advocacy support for individuals not yet ready to engage in the 26 week programme • Parallel victim safety support, delivered through liaison with Domestic Abuse Safety Advisors (DASAs) and local victim services • A training programme for professionals working with domestic abuse and perpetrators. The Service prioritises medium to high-risk perpetrators, aligns with MARAC and safeguarding processes, and adopts a whole-family, trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach reflective of Brent’s diverse communities. Delivery must align with Respect standards or accreditation, be underpinned by strong multi-agency partnership working, and include robust performance monitoring focused on engagement, behaviour change, reduced reoffending and improved victim safety.
