Rossendale Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced lead organisation to deliver a multi‑year creative arts programme in Waterfoot. The programme will support local artists and creative practitioners, build skills and capacity, increase visible creative activity within the town, and deliver capital projects that improve public spaces and creative infrastructure.
