Pagabo Limited, acting as an agent of Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation is seeking to establish a Closed Framework to combine the scopes of the National Framework for Civils and Infrastructure and the National Framework for Demolition and Land Preparation, replacing the existing two Frameworks. The current Civils and Infrastructure Framework is set to expire May 2026, the current Demolition Framework is set to expire upon the execution of this procurement. It is proposed that this new Framework will be for a four year term from September 2026. The Framework intends to appoint a number of Contractors to provide a full range of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure works, Demolition works and Land Preparation works. The resulting Framework will be UK wide and will be available to all Public Sector Bodies. Lot structure: As a result of combining two existing Frameworks, the lot structure has changed and It is expected that the Framework structure will be divided into the twelve lots detailed below. The framework is expected to be divided into lots by type of service, service value and region detailed below: Lot 1 – Civils and Infrastructure – Collaborative Partners Lot 2 – Civils and Infrastructure – Highways Lot 3 – Civils and Infrastructure – Rail Lot 4 – Civils and Infrastructure –Water and Environmental Lot 5 – Civils and Infrastructure – Maritime Lot 6 – Civils and Infrastructure – Energy Lot 7 – Civils and Infrastructure – Aviation Lot 8 – Civils and Infrastructure – Specialist Projects Lot 9 –Civils and Infrastructure – Rail Systems Lot 10 – Enabling Works – Collaborative Partners Lot 11 - Enabling Works – Demolition Lot 12 - Enabling Works – Remediation and Groundworks Lot 13 - Enabling Works – Full Enabling Works Each Lot will be split into Regions below 1.
