The scope of the programme is to review and validate current LLW and RP processes, identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities and design streamlined future-state processes, including options for digitisation or automation. It also includes supporting change readiness and implementation, aligning leadership and operational teams, establishing standard tools and templates, and capturing baseline performance to track and report improvements. Deliverables include current- and future-state process maps, a prioritised improvement plan, standardised guidance, and an implementation and benefits summary. The programme is expected to deliver increased efficiency through reduced manual work, greater automation and the elimination of duplicated activity across LLW and RP. It will enable more consistent, high-quality change management that supports the long-term sustainability of improvements, while providing better support for employees and contributing positively to wellbeing. The work will help build a more open culture that understands and accepts the reasons for change, supported by clear measurement and tracking of realised benefits. Overall, the programme will strengthen organisation-wide change capability and contribute to developing a high-performing culture.
