Places for London is seeking to establish a Minor Works Framework Agreement with delivery partners who share our service objectives and values. We aim to work as one integrated team to ensure our estate is safe, compliant, and fit for purpose for all stakeholders, including the general public. Our ambition is to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our assets through the delivery of high quality, outcome focused Minor Works. Safety is our highest priority, and we expect all partners to consistently uphold our safety, quality, and service standards. We are looking for contractors who are committed to working with Places stakeholders collaboratively, improving the quality and use of our asset data to support informed decision making, maximise value for money, and enable effective long term planning. This includes managing performance proactively, delivering a measurable and premium service for our customers, and creating safe, inclusive spaces for everyone. Through this framework, we seek to deliver integrated Minor Works and associated services that support the achievement of Places for London's Net Zero targets and contribute to our wider Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) ambitions. We embrace our responsibility to lead on environmental stewardship and to create healthy, sustainable places that benefit both people and the planet.
