NHS Supply Chain: Food (the “Authority”) is issuing this Invitation to Tender in connection with the competitive procurement for the appointment of Fresh Food & Food To Go (the “Procurement”). The Authority is acting as agent for and on behalf of Supply Chain Coordination Limited (“SCCL” or “NHS Supply Chain”). This procurement will include the following Lots: 1. Fresh Dairy and Bakery 2. This Lot is for Milk, Dairy, Eggs, Bread & Morning Goods in the following categories: Milk – Fresh & Long Life, Cream, Yoghurt, Butter, Cheese, Shell Egg, Liquid Egg, Bread Loaves & Buns, Baked Morning Goods and Non-dairy drinks (milk free).
This Lot is for the supply of fresh meat in the following categories; Beef, Game, Goat/Kid, Lamb/Mutton, Pork, Chicken, Turkey, Meat, Poultry & Game Pies, Offal, Fish and Meat-Free Alternatives.
