NHS Supply Chain: Food (the “Authority”) will be issuing this procurement for the appointment to an Open Framework Agreement for Fresh Food & Food To Go products. The Authority is acting as agent for and on behalf of Supply Chain Coordination Limited (“SCCL” or “NHS Supply Chain”). This procurement will include but not limited to: 1. Fresh Dairy and Bakery 2. Fresh Meat, Poultry, Fish & Meat-Free Alternatives 3. Fresh Produce 4. Food to Go - Patient Feeding Solutions 5. Food to Go - Retail Concepts
This Lot is for Milk, Dairy, Eggs, Bread & Morning Goods in the following categories: Milk – Fresh & Long Life, Cream, Yoghurt, Butter, Cheese, Shell Egg, Liquid Egg, Bread Loaves & Buns, Baked Morning Goods and Non-dairy drinks (milk free).
This Lot is for the supply of fresh meat in the following categories; Beef, Game, Goat/Kid, Lamb/Mutton, Pork, Chicken, Turkey, Meat, Poultry & Game Pies, Offal, Fish and Meat-Free Alternatives.
This Lot is for fresh and prepared fruit and vegetables and salads in the following categories: Whole fresh (fruit, vegetables and salads); Prepared (fruit, vegetables and salads) and Par cooked chips / prepared potatoes.
