Please note that the original Contract Notice issued was 2024/S 000-026515. A second contract notice was issued under 2024/S 000-032718 to correct CPV codes. This contract modification notice is to:- 1. Change the e-tendering portal to access the procurement documents and bid to http://ypo2.my.site.com/s/Welcome 2. Amend the award criteria at further-competition stage from 'Price' to 'Cost' to reflect how customers will purchase goods, services and works under this DPS and to match the procurement documentation 3. Amend the start date of the DPS from 16 October 2024 to 14 November 2024 which was as a result of delays to evaluation due to the quality and number of bids received 4. Amend the end date of the DPS from 28 October 2028 to 27 October 2028 5. Updated description of options to reflect the correct DPS start and end dates 6. Updated the Description of the procurement for Lot 2 and Lot 4 which showed the description of options rather than the procurement description 7. Updated the close time for receipt for request to participate to reflect the actual end date of the DPS 8. Update the buyers e- address following the change of e-tendering portal providers 9. Update to the primary CPV code
YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Civil Engineering Works and Services and are seeking to appoint Providers who provide one or more of the following services: survey, design, supply, project management, installation and/or maintenance of the following categories Road & Highway Infrastructure, Rail Transport infrastructure, Flood and Storm management, Renewable energies, Solar, Air Transport Infrastructure, Water and Utilities, Coastal & River Protection, Geotechnical and land maintenance (Inc Surveying & Ground investigation). The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements and any of YPO’s wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies.
