Contract commenced 01 April 2026 expiring 31 March 2027. The full expected lifetime of the contract value is £532,456.65 This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and The Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. NHS Frimley ICB ("the Commissioner") sought to commission provision to provide Community Discharge Support Service in Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. A short-term intervention for people being discharged back into the community via provision of staff. The service primarily contributes to the discharge and flow activities in the borough through the expert staff (Physiotherapists, Multi-therapy assistants, discharge coordinator) support to HomeFirst. Frimley ICB has followed PSR Direct Award C for the contract to which this notice relates.
