The tender covers primary schools within the contracting authority, Engage Enrich Excel Academies. The tender project is seeking to appoint a Contractor whose initiative, innovation and quality of service, will be welcomed for the provision of service within the existing facilities: Maybury Primary School Site, GU21 5DW Maybury Primary School (MPS) is a 1-form entry primary school based in the centre of Woking, Surrey. We have a PAN (Published Admission Number) of 250 and educate pupils from Nursery to Year Six (age 2-11). •Maybury provide a breakfast club which operates form 08:0 to 08:30 Monday to Friday, term-time only. •A number of after-school clubs are in operation. •Currently we have 250 students on roll and 34 teaching and support staff. Westfield Primary School Site, GU22 9PR Westfield Primary School is a 2-form entry primary school based in Woking, Surrey. We have a PAN (Published Admission Number) of 420 and educate pupils from Reception to Year Six. •There is a private nursery on site who we lease space to and forms part of the contract specification. They operate from 8am to 4pm each day, Monday to Friday, term-time only. •A private company provides wrap around care for pupils, and this runs from 7.30am to 8.40am in the morning and from 3.10pm to 6.00pm in the evening. •Currently, we have 368 students on roll and 41 teaching and support staff. Contract Duration The contract being tendered is for three years in duration from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2029, with the possibility of extending two further years (a year at a time).
