Framework Re-opening: Framework for the provision of short breaks for children and young peoplewithdisabilities and their families. There are 4 lots as detailed below: - Lot 1: Clubs - Lot 2: Individual Support Services - Lot 3: Overnight Support Away from Home - Lot 4: Services in the Community Period of Framework: 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2028. For information regarding opening for submissions, please refer to the 'Schedule of Framework Openings' section within the 'ITT Instructions and Details of Contract' document in the tender pack.
