The Authority will select the most advantageous tender using a price: quality ratio of 20:80. Quality questions are scored on a scale of 0 to 5. This is based on how your organisation responds to the question with reference to the detail contained in the Specification. The score your organisation receives will then be divided by the maximum score available; 5, and then multiplied by the question weighting to give you a score for each question.
