Call off and award under the Manchester City Council Small Works Framework. Works comprising: • Collingham House internal room reconfiguration and building refurbishment. • Occupational Health Unit building conversion and new build extension to create a stores function facility. • Headquarters Reception single use toilet conversion. • Other general building refurbishment requirements While the PCSA fee was being collated, design elements proceeded under a Letter of Intent issued in December 2025; the PCSA was agreed and signed March 2026. PCSA fee of £260,520.65 covers scope of work outlined above. The value of the contract to include build stages will be higher and circa £1m. This PCSA and the 'build' contract when the works get to that stage, will be published on the Bluelight Public Contracts Register https://sell2.in-tend.co.uk/blpd/contracts
