Bids are invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers appointed to Lot 3 of the Framework Agreement with relevant experience and ability for the Queensgate Underpass Decommissioning, B6432 Queen Street South, Huddersfield (K0252)' (the "Works") as detailed in the Further Competition documents.
