Lot 4 of the contract aims to support Carers who are caring for someone living with dementia This is by offering a range of preventative approaches and support that enables Carers to achieve and maintain optimum wellbeing and be fully supported to continue their caring role.
Lot 5 is for a counselling service would be available to support Carers to improve their health and wellbeing. This service should be available for Carers who require counselling due to psychological impact of their caring role which can include the end of a caring role or bereavement.
