The contract is for an independent audit provider to carry out a mandatory assessment needed as part of the DSP Toolkit annual return for NHS England. NHS England must arrange for a mandatory external and independent audit of its Toolkit evidence as part of the annual submission. Internal audit teams are not permitted to complete the audit.
