Award of Spray Injection Patching 2026 / Dyfarnu o Ceredigion - Patsio Drwy Chwistrellu 2026

Description

Ceredigion County Council is awarding to a suitably qualified and competent Contractor for undertaking Spray Injection Patching works. The Contract will run from 9th of March 2026 to 28th of February 2029, with a possible extension of up to 2 years, subject to agreement by both parties. The prices submitted by bidders were estimated total prices for a 30-day period, calculated in accordance with the tender price evaluation model. These amounts were provided solely for the purpose of tender evaluation and comparison and do not constitute a fixed or final contract value. The contract value stated in this award notice is an estimated value based on historical service levels and anticipated demand. Actual expenditure will depend on service usage throughout the contract term. Mae Cyngor Sir Ceredigion yn dyfarnu i Gontractwr cymwys a chymwys i ymgymryd â gwaith Clytio Chwistrellu. Bydd y Contract yn rhedeg o 9fed Mawrth 2026 i 28ain Chwefror 2029, gydag estyniad posibl o hyd at 2 flynedd, yn amodol ar gytundeb gan y ddwy ochr. Amcangyfrif o gyfanswm prisiau am gyfnod o 30 diwrnod oedd y prisiau a gyflwynwyd gan y cynigwyr, wedi'u cyfrifo yn unol â'r model gwerthuso prisiau tendr. Darparwyd y symiau hyn at ddiben gwerthuso a chymharu tendrau yn unig ac nid ydynt yn gyfystyr â gwerth contract sefydlog na therfynol. Amcangyfrif o werth y contract a nodir yn yr hysbysiad dyfarnu hwn yw gwerth amcangyfrifedig yn seiliedig ar lefelau gwasanaeth hanesyddol a'r galw disgwyliedig. Bydd y gwariant gwirioneddol yn dibynnu ar ddefnydd y gwasanaeth drwy gydol tymor y contract.
