This framework is for the provision of legal services for all the public sector, including but not limited to Local and Regional Government, Health, Education, Infrastructure, Emergency Services, Central Government and Third Sector organisations. This framework covers a wide spectrum of legal specialisms, including, but not limited to, commercial and contracts, property, real estate and construction, litigation and dispute resolution, PPP (public-private partnership), projects, employment, public procurement, social housing, infrastructure, transport and rail, health and social care, and costs law. This agreement will consolidate two existing frameworks RM6240 Public Sector Legal Services and RM6284 Costs Lawyer Services 2 into a single agreement, offering buyers a complete legal advisory service.

Lot 1 (1a, 1b and 1c) is for Full Legal Services Provision, enabling Buyers to access full-service firms with expertise across a broad range of legal specialisms. Lot 1 is sub-lotted as follows: - Lot 1a Full Legal Service Provision for all Public Sector; Lot 1b Full Legal Service Provision for Local Government and Local Communities; and Lot 1c Full Legal Service Provision for Health and Social Care.

Refer to Framework Schedule 1 for details. Lot 2 is for Focused Legal Support and is designed to enable Buyers to procure targeted legal services that do not require a full service legal offering. It is intended for situations where Buyers need legal advice or support in specific specialist areas, or only require a limited number of legal specialisms, rather than comprehensive full legal service provision.
Refer to Framework Schedule 1 for details. Lot 3 is for the provision of legal services and advice in relation to Litigation and Dispute Resolution. The Supplier shall provide services to support all Litigation and Disputes including significant and complex disputes.
Refer to+B118:B119 Framework Schedule 1 for details. Lot 4 is for the provision of legal services and advice in relation to Projects and Complex Advice, where Suppliers are required to support projects involving increasing levels of risk, innovation, and multiple interdependent factors. Such projects typically include, but are not limited to, significant commercial and infrastructure schemes and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). Suppliers will be expected to balance various priorities and address risks rapidly, providing ongoing input throughout the progression of these projects. This may also include advisory work on the implementation of new policy, or the management of risks associated with existing policy where tried and proven answers and approaches specific to that area do not currently exist.
Refer to Framework Schedule 1 for details. Lot 5 is for Transport and Rail which requires a deep understanding of the transport, rail, highways, maritime, ports aviation and planning industry and its regulatory frameworks. It has been developed in recognition of the specialist nature of the legal advice that is required and its importance in supporting the delivery of key national transport objectives.
Refer to Framework Schedule 1 for details. Lot 6 will provide access to a full range of costs law services to Buyers acting as either the paying or receiving parties, across all types of litigation within England and Wales.
