Contractors may offer additional works, including repairs, energy efficiency works and other associated works that may be required.

Contractors may offer additional works, including repairs, energy efficiency works and other associated works that may be required. Flat roofing systems should be offered with suitable third-party certification and the ability to obtain a manufacturer's Warranty or Guarantee.
