The Capex Programme Delivery Framework has been established to provide design, planning, and construction services that support Cadent's Capital Expenditure programmes throughout the RIIO-3 period and potentially beyond. This Framework will play a key role in delivering investments that enhance, expand, and maintain the networks Cadent operates. It also supports the diversion or modification of existing assets, often in response to third-party requests driven by construction, infrastructure, and property development projects. The scope of work may include both primary and secondary construction, decommissioning, and the removal or disposal of redundant assets and associated infrastructure. Partners will also contribute to Cadent's asset management objectives through design optimisation and the integration of new technologies and equipment.
Lot 1 (West) covers Northwest & West Midlands Pipeline diversions typically larger than 24" in diameter and longer than 500m and including tunneling/HDD. Significant above ground installation works including new build, rebuild, capacity upgrades.
