Heat Decarbonisation Programme - Low Carbon Heating & BEMS Installation (4 Community Centres), Swindon

Central Swindon North Parish Council invites tenders for a heat decarbonisation programme across four community centres: • Even Swindon Community Centre, SN2 2BG • Des Moffatt Western Community Centre, SN2 1NF • Gorse Hill Community Centre, SN2 8DA • John Moulton Hall Community Centre, SN2 5DU The works include design development from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 4, decommissioning and removal of existing fossil fuel heating plant, installation of ASHP systems including associated pipework and emitters where required, electrical capacity checks and liaison with the DNO as required, installation/commissioning of BEMS, seasonal commissioning, training, and full handover documentation. This procurement is being conducted as an Open Procedure. Due to PSDS funding constraints the programme is time critical. Due to file size limitations and the technical nature of the supporting documentation, the Heat Decarbonisation Plans, detailed design information, and associated technical appendices are not all hosted within the tender portal. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure they have obtained and reviewed all relevant project information prior to submitting their tender.
