Kent and Medway Towns Fire Authority are inviting tenders from suppliers to provide 5 Channel Gas Monitors for: •75 frontline appliances •12 Hazmat Advisors •2 to support Confined Space working •4 to support Training •1 for Fire Investigation •6 Spare - to be held by Kent Fire and Rescue There will be a requirement that 14 of these gas monitors are ‘pumped’ and the other 86 will be passive, non-pumped gas monitors. The contract will be for 4 years with the option to extend for one 12 month extension.
