As an organisation, we are currently going through a transformation process to enable us to deliver a project approach, linked to our plans for wider matrix working and project-based delivery. Our work is led by the Combined Authority, chaired by our Mayor, and supported by the thematic committees of the Combined Authority, which focus on achieving our corporate objectives. Membership of the Combined Authority is made up of the Mayor and democratically elected councillors from our West Yorkshire partner councils of Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield, and a non-voting member representing the City of York Council. The Mayor's Business Board brings together local business and community leaders with expertise across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, professional services, and the arts to champion the regional economy. The requirement for this specification is to offer all of the project management qualifications outlined in the Request to Quote document to our employees across the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and district partners by improving or updating their knowledge and skills in the area of project management. Objectives to achieve with delivering project management training as part of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority core training offer are: providing a greater likelihood of achieving the desired result ensuring efficient and best value use of resources satisfying the differing needs of the project's stakeholders Project length will be 6 months with an option to extend for a further 3 months. Providers must be able to provide all of the courses outlined in the Request to Quote
