Award Criteria = Pass /Fail Due Diligence Questions + Evaluation Criteria Evaluation Criteria = 40% Quality & 60% Price. Quality Criteria (40%)= Responses to quality questions are evaluated; each sub section and questions within those sub-sections are given % weightings to reflect their importance. Price Criteria (60%) = Supplier's input their unit prices which will be used along with estimated quantities to calculate the final total cost for each supplier. This final total cost will be the price for each supplier which will be evaluated. This is a high value quotation exercise to procure sweeper brushes that are used by Birmingham City Council to equip mechanical road sweepers.
