The Council has adopted a flexible approach to office working, resulting in some home working for staff. The Council has decided to reduce the office space it occupies and to rent out the vacated space, on the first and second floors at its Coleford offices, to new tenants. The works set out in this ITT will enable the offices to accommodate new tenants, relocation of Customer Services, and some limited improvement to facilities within staff areas; comprising refurbishment to the main reception area, decorating a number of offices on the second floor, refurb of kitchen facilities on the second floor, creation of a multi-purpose training suite on the second floor, installation of new WC and kitchen on the ground floor, widening of a ground floor side entrance, alterations to create a tenant-side reception area, and minor landscaping
