Westmorland and Furness Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary consultancy team to undertake scheme development and preliminary design for a key corridor into / out of Penrith town centre, the Sandgate-Fell Lane Corridor, identified in the Penrith LCWIP Walking Network as Walking Route 2 (WR2).
