WCHG intend to procure and enter into contract for the servicing, maintenance and responsive repairs of fire safety and refuge equipment. The equipment covered is as follows: Automatic smoke ventilation Bin chutes Disabled refuge systems Dry risers Emergency lighting Fire detection and alarm systems Portable fire appliances Sprinkler systems
