The Council currently have approximately 3800 streetlights that have recently been upgraded to LED lanterns. These are all located within the district of South Kesteven, Lincolnshire (365 square miles) We are looking to enter into a contract to cover the cyclical maintenance of streetlighting stock (lanterns, brackets, columns, electrical connections etc) on a 3 year maintenance cycle including the cleaning, replacing photocells, inspections, condition reports, etc. Electrical testing of lighting on a 6 yearly basis (additional scope to cyclical maintenance).
