One-off contract engage a Financial Recovery Delivery Partner for a fixed term of six weeks. The consultancy will provide expert support to accelerate financial recovery planning and implementation, working collaboratively with internal teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, enhance financial controls, and deliver actionable recommendations. PwC will deploy experienced professionals with sector-specific knowledge to ensure rapid impact and measurable outcomes within the contract period. At the end of the six-week period, the Supplier will deliver: • A validated and data-driven pipeline of Waste Reduction Program (WRP) schemes for the pipeline schemes. • Key documentation (i.e. Project Initiation Document) development for prioritised schemes (i.e. 'Top 10' high-value, high-risk) using a standardised, template which has been reviewed by the Supplier. • A grip-and-control forum structure and appropriate management reporting to sustain weekly oversight. • A clear set of recommendations for any additional areas of opportunity or follow-on support.
