WRAP is looking to renew its Impact Evaluation Contract using the CCS Research and Insights DPS. The objective of this contract is to provide evaluation support to WRAP on a call-off basis to range of teams in WRAP. Types of evaluation required include but are not limited to: Impact Evaluation including Cost Benefit Analysis and Return on Investment. e.g. UK Plastics Pact social Cost Benefit Analysis, assessing the impact of different options of social welfare. Intervention Evaluation (types of intervention include; campaign, tools, education, pilots, case studies, impact-based evaluations, scalability and place based vs. national) e.g. Evaluating the impact of a supermarket packaging change (to the use-by label) on household food waste. Process Evaluation Programme Evaluation e.g. Evaluating the RAF grant programme (£18 million fund provided by Defra to support resource efficiency projects), both process and impact (KPI and value for money) evaluation of the grants *Please note WRAP have awarded this contract on a call off basis for the initial term of 3 years with the option to extend by a further 3 years. WRAP anticipate a spend of no more than £100.000 per annum.
